People practise with a relevant task, compare results and improve their instructions. Exercises can use sample or approved business material. Participants learn how to give context, check an answer and recognise when a person should take over.

A workshop can be followed by a scoped adoption engagement: choosing a pilot, documenting a working process, supporting internal champions and reviewing what people actually use. The format and follow-through are agreed as part of your project.
